Shipping policy
We will ship your product out to the address you provide to us at the time of the order. A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon store order containing the expected address for you to check and for you to reply to if it is incorrect. Please check the address.
We can take no responsibility for orders that are dispatched to an address in the confirmation that is not corrected before dispatch that subsequently is deemed incorrect, incomplete or incompatible by the customer.
We make every effort to get your product to you in a timely manner. Sometimes circumstances conspire against us and supplies aren't with us in time, or our shipping agents don't run to schedule. This may mean that your item doesn't quite arrive when we want it to. If we know that we are experiencing shipping delays, for whatever reason, we will either get in touch with you personally or place a notice on the front page of our website.
Our usual method of despatch is to use Royal Mail for UK deliveries, and Royal Mail International for overseas orders. Alternative shipping agents can be used by prior arrangement, at the cost of the customer. Items are not usually sent using a tracked method of delivery, but may be so, solely at our discretion or by prior arrangement, at the cost of the customer.
