If you're unhappy with your product in any way, please do contact us to let us know as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to make sure you are happy and replace or refund depending on the issue.

If it's a defect, then sending us a photo always helps so we can tell production we have an issue.

Sometimes if we are briefly out of stock we will send you a voucher to use to re-order your item for free so that we can ensure you get priority on re-stocking.
